Does the transition to monthly fees impact my direct debit set up?

If you have a fixed direct debit set up, we encourage you to review the amount set up to ensure it covers monthly fees. You can review your upcoming payments in my humm90 or the Mobile App.​

There is no change on the computation of the minimum monthly payment. If your direct debit is set up to pay the minimum monthly payment, you may have an outstanding balance remaining which includes any fees.
