When are payments due?

The due date of your payment will be indicated in the ‘What you need to pay this period’ section of your monthly statement.

You must allow time for your payments to clear so we can apply them to your account by your due date. Please allow at least 3 business days for a direct debit payment to be processed to your humm90 account.

You will incur a late payment fee if we don’t receive a payment by the statement due date.

Overdue and overlimit amounts must be paid immediately.
